At Susan Shaw, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your jewelry is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our studio, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
